Where are you located?

Our outsourcing headquarter is located in a city of Ahmedabad, in a state of Gujarat in western part of India. Our technical client service rep is located in New York, USA.

Who are your main clients?

Mostly small & medium sized web design companies in North America and Canada.

What is your policy on privacy protection?

We comply with the laws and international agreements on privacy protection. We offer comprehensive protection through non-disclosure agreements.

What do you charge for your services?

We get this question a lot. The simple answer “It depends”. We aren’t very much pricey, but we definitely won’t be the lowest bidder on your project. If you are looking for lowest cost solution and quality doesn’t matter, we are not your people. We create the best solution and we take time to do it. If you know the value of quality work than probably you have come to the right place.

Do you charge hourely rate or fixed cost project ?

We offer both fixed priced project and time & material (T&M), depend on the kind of project.

How can I monitor progress of my project?

You are welcome to be involved in every stage of the development. We will put you to our basecamp (project management/collaboration system) where you can get the following.

  • Milestone based project plan & schedule
  • Project Status Reporting for each milestone.
  • Issues (if any)
  • Proposed changes in commitments (if any)
  • Anticipated risks

How big your team is?

We have a small team consist of two project manager, two tech leads (php/mysql), four php/msql developers, two xhtml/css coders and 2 visual designers. Each of our team members are passionate about what they do and always strive to deliver best quality.

How do I start a project?

Just send detailed requirement document and we will take it from there. We will ask series of questions to better judge the project requirement and will send you necessary forms for you to fill-up and send back.

How do we communicate?

We will be communicating through basecamp system, where we will have track of each communication along with related files. We can also discuss over im or phone when required.

How does time zone difference affect communication?

You will be communicating with one of our project manager in New York or Toronto. So if you are in US/Canada you will be able to communicate with us in your regular business hours. If you are in Europe you still have have some overlapping hours to communicate.

Can you provide client references?

We can provide client references in North America and Canada.

Who owns the copyright of all assets?

Absolutely, you. You can reserve all rights for all the assets we deliver, including design, code, content, words, and images, and you are free to use them however you want. You will need to buy stock photos if you wish to use them in a design.
